How to add a photo?

1. Register

At first Participan should create new account on the Contest Website.  

1. unfold Login menu on left side of the page

2. press Contest registration

3. fill in the Registration Form

2. Log in

Participant having system account may log in by unfolding Log In menu on the left side of the page, filling email and password fields and pressing Log In button.

3. User's Menu

After successfull login Log In menu is replaced by User's Menu. Using this menu you can:

1. edit personal data
2. add new photos
3. view submitted photos
4. report technical problems
5. log out

4. Add new photo

To add a new photo press Add photo in User's Menu. This will redirect to the form, where you should fill following data:

1.  choose category of the photograph
2. choose image file (JPG extension, minimal size 2480x2480px)
3. choose the language of the description
4. give title (without quotation marks)
5. give description
6. give the cave name in which the photo was taken (ex. Gouffre Berger)
7. give the region in which the cave is located (ex. Vercors)
8. give the country name in which the cave is located (ex. France)
9. give the camera type using which the photo was taken (ex. Canon EOS450D)
10. give the lens model (ex. SIGMA 85mm F1.4 EX DG HSM)
11. eventually give other parameters of the photograph
12. press Save

Important: System will allow you to add limited number of photos, which is defined in the Statute of current Contest edition.

5. Edit and view photos

To view submitted photos you should press My photos link in the User's Menu. Each entry is a link to the photo and its description.

To edit a photo press edit link just under the photo.

To delete a photo press delete link just under the photo.
